Are you interested in playwriting? Do you love collaborating with others and making new theatre? This is the perfect workshop for you! Devising, or collaborative group playwriting, will be explored in this 5 session class. We will learn to create complex characters, co-write a structured plot, practice script formatting, and work together to tell a scripted story! Along with writing skills, artists will gain acting, directing, and design experience as we put our play on its feet and bring our completed script to life for our final sharing. Artists will also play fun theatre games, make friends, and use their imaginations! Join us in October and November to write, act, and create!
